In the coveted Island South, an address at Bel-Air meant more than keys to a luxury home, but membership at an exclusive residential community with lifestyle perks such as sports and lifestyle facilities, community events and elegant clubhouses can be found across the sprawling property. A homeowner had a bespoke bulthaup kitchen installed in 2013, elevating their unit from status symbol to dream home.
